Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of allottees allottee’s shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas Areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee’s agrees to permit the association of allottees allottee’s and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter/Promoter / maintenance agency/agency / association of allottees allottees/any competent authority shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas Areas, parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of allottees and/or or any competent authority and / or maintenance agency to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
