Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/ Maintenance Society shall have rights of unrestricted access of all common areas, garages/covered parking and parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee(s) agrees to permit the Promoter/ Maintenance Society to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
