RIGHT TO ENTER THE PLOT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/Maintenance Company/Notified Agency shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, if any of the Project for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Promoter and/or Maintenance Company and/or Notified Agency to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The Promoter/Maintenance CompanyTransferor/Notified Agency Association shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, if any of the Project Areas for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee Allottee/Transferee agrees to permit the Promoter Association and/or Maintenance Company and/or Notified Agency maintenance agency to enter into the Plot or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
