Common use of RIGHT TO ENTER THE SAID APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO ENTER THE SAID APARTMENT FOR REPAIRS. The Promoter/maintenance agency/association of Allottee shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common Areas, garages/covered parking and Parking Spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the association of Allottee and/or maintenance agency to enter into the Said Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.

The PromoterDeveloper/maintenance agency/association of Allottee allottees shall have rights of unrestricted access of all Common AreasAreas and Facilities, Common Parts and Amenities, Car parking Space garages/covered closed parking and Parking Spaces parking spaces for providing necessary maintenance services and the Allottee agrees to permit the Developer, association of Allottee allottees and/or maintenance agency agency, as the case may be to enter into the Said Apartment or any part thereof, after due notice and during the normal working hours, unless the circumstances warrant otherwise, with a view to set right any defect.
