Right to Enter. The Council may (except in the case of emergency when no notice will be required) enter the Leased Premises after giving the Lessee reasonable notice: 11.2.1 to see the state of repair of the Leased Premises (including the Improvements and surrounding Park Lands); 11.2.2 to do repairs to the Park Lands or other works which cannot reasonably be done unless the Council enters the Leased Premises; and 11.2.3 to do anything the Council must or may do under this Lease or must do under any law.
