Right to Exhibit Premises. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall have the right to exhibit the Premises to prospective tenants at all reasonable hours upon 24 hours prior written or verbal notice during the last 12 months of the Term. The Landlord and its authorized agents and employees shall also have the right to enter upon the Premises at all reasonable hours during the Term for the purpose of exhibiting the Development to any prospective purchaser or mortgagee thereof, on prior written or verbal notice, and after Business Hours whenever possible.
