RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant will permit the Landlord and the Landlord’s agents, employees or other representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the Premises, and Tenant agrees that on and after 60 days next preceding the expiration of the term hereof, the Landlord or the Landlord’s agents, employees or other representatives will have the right to place notices on the front of the Premises or any part thereof, offering the premises for rent or for sale; and the Tenant will permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation. The Tenant will also permit the Landlord and the Landlord’s agents, employees or other representatives to show the Premises to prospective mortgagees of the Premises or the land and improvements of which the Premises are a part.
