Common use of RIGHT TO EXHIBIT Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the same, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and after sixty (60) days next preceding the expiration of the Term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the Premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises for rent or for sale.

RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its the Landlord’s agents, employees and representatives to show or other, within 12 months of the Tenant vacating the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the same, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and after sixty (60) days next preceding the expiration of the Term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the said Premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises for rent or for sale; and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation.

RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its the Landlord's agents, employees and representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the same, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and other,after sixty ninety (6090) days next preceding the expiration of the Term term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the Premises said premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises premises for rent or for sale; and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation. Premises may be shown to prospective tenants with prior notice during this period.

The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its the Landlord’s agents, employees and representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the sameother, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and after sixty six (606) days months next preceding the expiration of the Term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the said Premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises for rent or for sale; and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation.

RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its the Landlord's agents, employees and representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the sameother, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and after sixty twelve (6012) days months next preceding the expiration of the Term term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the Premises said premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises premises for rent or for sale; and the Tenant hereby agrees to permit the same to remain thereon without hindrance or molestation.
