RIGHT TO EXHIBIT. The Tenant agrees to permit the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives to show the Premises to persons wishing to rent or purchase the same, and the Tenant agrees that on 1O and after sixty (60) days next preceding the expiration of the Term hereof, the Landlord and its agents, employees and representatives shall have the right to place notices on the front of the Premises or any part thereof, offering the Premises for rent or for sale.
