Common use of Right to File Claim Clause in Contracts

Right to File Claim. If a meet and confer is agreed upon and the Parties cannot resolve the matters stated in the Notice within forty-five (45) days after they meet and confer, the Parties may agree to mediate. If the Parties cannot agree, the Party who served Notice may bring suit in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
