Right to Force Sale of Properties. Upon the written request of the Required Additional Members delivered to the Managing Member during the period commencing on the fifth anniversary of the Merger and ending on the 180th day after such anniversary, the Managing Member shall use its good faith efforts to sell all of the Properties then owned by the Company at their fair market value within a reasonable period of time from receipt of such request Property.
