Right to incorporate extensions. The right and privilege to negotiate and agree with the Government to incorporate any lands as extensions to the Land PROVIDED THAT:- (i) unless the same is done at the request or for the benefit of the Owners all premia and fees payable for the same shall be borne by the First Owner and no Owner except the First Owner shall have any claim for any benefit or compensation arising therefrom; and (ii) as from the date of such incorporation the relevant extension shall form part of the Land and shall be subject to this Deed and any relevant Sub-Deed(s).
