RIGHT TO INDEPENDENT COUNSEL. The Executive has reviewed the contents of this Agreement and fully understands its terms. The Executive acknowledges that he is fully aware of his right to the advice of counsel independent from that of the Employer. The Executive further acknowledges that no representations have been made with respect to the income or estate tax or other consequences of this Agreement to him and that he has been advised of the importance of seeking independent advice of counsel with respect to such consequences.
