Right to Information/Protection of Privacy. The Parties acknowledge, agree and understand they are subject to the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (SNB 2009, c. R-10.6), as amended, (“RTIPPA”) and as such, disclosure and confidentiality obligations are governed thereunder. In addition, upon receipt of a request for disclosure under the RTIPPA, the Parties shall advise one another prior to the release of any information or documentation.
