Right to Injunctive and Equitable Relief. The Executive’s obligations under Section 8.3 are of a special and unique character, which gives them a peculiar value. The Company cannot be reasonably or adequately compensated for damages in an action at law in the event the Executive breaches such obligations. Therefore, the Executive expressly agrees that the Company shall be entitled to injunctive and other equitable relief without bond or other security in the event of such breach in addition to any other rights or remedies which the Company may possess or be entitled to pursue.
