Common use of Right to Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Right to Injunctive Relief. Employee acknowledges that a breach by Employee of any of the terms of Articles 8 or 9 of this Agreement will render irreparable harm to the Company, and that in the event of such breach the Company shall therefore be entitled to any and all equitable relief, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, and to any other remedy that may be available under any applicable law or agreement between the parties.

Right to Injunctive Relief. Employee acknowledges that a breach by Employee of any of the terms of Articles 8 or 9 of this Agreement will render irreparable harm to the Company, and agrees that in the event of such any breach by Employee of Paragraph 11 of this Agreement, the Company shall therefore be entitled to immediate and permanent injunctive relief restraining said breach, in addition to and not in lieu of any and all equitable relief, including, but not limited to, injunctive relief, and to action for damages or any other remedy that may be legal, equitable remedies available under any applicable law or agreement between to the partiesCompany for said breach.
