Common use of Right to Inventory Clause in Contracts

Right to Inventory. The employee or his/her authorized agent may make an inventory listing the contents of his/her personnel file during the course of the inspection of the file, provided that a copy of the inventory is submitted to the superintendent contemporaneously therewith for the insertion of said inventory into employee's personnel file. Upon request by the employee, the superintendent or his/her official designee shall sign an inventory sheet to verify contents of the personnel file at the time of inspection by said employee.
