Right to Locate Facilities. Consumer hereby grants to Holy Cross the right to use the premises of Consumer for the purpose of providing the Interconnection Facilities necessary to connect the Consumer’s Generating Facility to the System, and agrees to provide any required rights-of-way by separate instrument without cost, if so requested by Holy Cross.
