Right to make Payments under Letters of Credit. The Fronting Bank shall be entitled to make any payment in accordance with the terms of the relevant Letter of Credit without any reference to or further authority from the relevant Borrower or any other investigation or enquiry. The relevant Borrower irrevocably authorises the Fronting Bank to comply with any demand under a Letter of Credit which is valid on its face.
