Common use of Right to make Payments under Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Right to make Payments under Letters of Credit. Each Bank shall be entitled to make any payment in accordance with the terms of the relevant Letter of Credit without any reference to or further authority from the Account Party or any other investigation or enquiry. The Account Party irrevocably authorises each Bank to comply with any demand under a Letter of Credit which is valid on its face.
