Right to Make Proposal Regarding the Granting of a Commercial License. (i) The Parties agree (1) that either Party may submit to the Parties for their consideration under this Section 10 a proposal for the granting of a Commercial License and (2) to consult and make a determination regarding the granting of a Commercial License in respect of such proposal in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.
