Right to Make Repairs, Etc. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, the Company shall have the right from time to time to make repairs, restorations, replacements, additions, alterations and changes, in or to the Leased Premises. Any such repairs, restorations, replacements, additions, alterations and changes shall be made in conformance with all applicable codes, ordinances, licensure and other necessary regulatory requirements.
