RIGHT TO MAKE REPRESENTATION. The Burnaby Teachers’ Association may make representations to the Board on educational matters. The Board shall respond to representation from the Burnaby Teachers’ Association and, in cases where the Board fails to implement recommendations made by the Association, it shall provide reasons.
RIGHT TO MAKE REPRESENTATION. Where the Central Bank issues a notification under paragraph (4) of Article 49, the Board of Directors may, within the period of fourteen days commencing from the day after which the notification is given, make written representations to the Central Bank, and the Central Bank shall take any such representations into account in determining the existence of any condition specified in paragraph (1) of Article 49.
