Right to Monitor Performance. County reserves the right to monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of Consultant to ensure that the terms of this Agreement are being satisfactorily met in the opinion of County and in accordance with all applicable monitoring and evaluating criteria and standards. Consultant shall cooperate with County relating to such monitoring and evaluation.
