Common use of Right to Object, Cure Clause in Contracts

Right to Object, Cure. Buyer’s right to object shall include, but not be limited to, those matters set forth in §§ 8 and 13. If Seller 309 receives notice of unmerchantability of title or any other unsatisfactory title condition or commitment terms as provided in §§ 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3, 310 Seller shall use reasonable efforts to correct said items and bear any nominal expense to correct the same prior to Closing. If such unsatisfactory 311 title condition is not corrected to Buyer’s satisfaction on or before Closing, this Contract shall terminate; provided, however, Buyer may, by written 312 notice received by Seller on or before Closing, waive objection to such items.
