Right to Occupy not to be dealt with separately from Shares. The Right to Occupy any Unit shall not be sold, assigned, charged, mortgaged, leased, licensed or otherwise disposed of or dealt with separately from the Shares to which it is attached other than by a lease or tenancy or a contractual licence.
