Right to passage of water etc. The free and uninterrupted passage and running of water, sewage, gas, electricity, ventilation, telephone and various other services (if any) from and to his Unit through the sewers, drains, watercourses, cables, pipes and wires which now are or may at any time hereafter be in, under or passing through his Unit or the Lot or the Estate or any part or parts thereof for the proper use and enjoyment of his Unit;

Right to passage of water etc. The right to the passage and running of water, soil, gas, electricity and other services through the mains, pipes, sewers, drains, channels and cables in or under the Land together with the right to construct and maintain (or permit to be laid constructed and maintained) in or under the Land such further mains, pipes, sewers, drains, channels, cables, manholes, stopcocks, inspection, cxxxxxxx and similar apparatus as may in the opinion of the Lessor be necessary during the Term and together also with the right for the Lessor and its agents, any Appropriate Authority and all other persons lawfully authorised with or without workmen and others at all reasonable times to enter upon the Land or any part thereof for the purpose of laying constructing inspecting maintaining repairing and renewing any main pipe sewer drain channel manhole stopcock cable inspection chamber or similar apparatus subject to the lessor or such other persons as aforesaid making good all damage caused to the Land by reason of the carrying out of any such works.

  • Protection of Site from encroachments On and after signing the memorandum and/or subsequent memorandum referred to in Clause 8.2, and until the issue of the Completion Certificate, the Contractor shall maintain a round-the-clock xxxxx over the Site and shall ensure and procure that no encroachment takes place thereon. During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall protect the Site from any and all occupations, encroachments or Encumbrances, and shall not place or create nor permit any Sub-contractor or other person claiming through or under the Agreement to place or create any Encumbrance or security threat over all or any part of the Site or the Project Assets, or on any rights of the Contractor therein or under this Agreement, save and except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement. In the event of any encroachment or occupation on any part of the Site, the Contractor shall report such encroachment or occupation forthwith to the Authority and undertake its removal at its own cost and expenses.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Protection of Service and Property Each Party will exercise the same degree of care to prevent harm or damage to the other Party and any third parties, its employees, agents or End User Customers, or their property as it employs to protect its own employees, agents, End User Customers and property, , but in no case less than a commercially reasonable degree of care.

  • Right to Refuse Unsafe Work Employees have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work pursuant to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of the Workers Compensation Act.

  • Underground Tanks If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks.
