Right to Post Signs. Ohio EPA shall have the right to post one or more signs on the Property that indicate that the Property’s acquisition has been financed by Ohio EPA and the Program. The Holder and the Owner agree to notify Ohio EPA if it discovers a sign is damaged or removed.
