Right to Prepay at Any Time. The Borrower shall have the option at any time to prepay all of the Loan Payments, Additional Payments and other amounts it is required to pay hereunder by paying to the Trustee all such sums as are sufficient to satisfy and discharge the Indenture and paying or making provision for the payment of all other sums payable hereunder.
