Right to Prepay Borrowings. The Borrower shall have the right at any time and from time to time to prepay any Borrowing in whole or in part, subject to the requirements of this Section (provided, however, that any partial prepayment shall be in an amount of at least $5,000,000 or a larger multiple of $1,000,000 and, provided further that the Borrower shall not have the right to prepay any Competitive Loan without the prior consent of the Lender thereof).
