Right to Preserve Clause Samples
Right to Preserve. Grantee has the right to prevent any activity on or use of the Conservation Easement Area that violates or is substantially inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
Right to Preserve. The Township has the right to prevent any activity on or use of the Property that is inconsistent with the Conservation Easement Purposes or detrimental to the Conservation Values, unless such activity is expressly permitted in this Conservation Easement.
Right to Preserve. To prevent any activity on or use of the Protected Property that is inconsistent with the Conservation Purpose of this Easement or detrimental to the Conservation Values of the Protected Property.
Right to Preserve. The Grantee has the right, through the remedies set forth in Section 8, to prevent any activity on or use of the Property that is inconsistent with the Purposes of this Conservation Easement.
Right to Preserve. College has a right to apply any emergency preservation measure without the Lender's permission if:
1. immediate action is required:
a. to protect the Exhibit or to protect other property in College’s custody; or
b. because the Exhibit has become a hazard to the health or safety of the public or to College’s staff or agents, and:
2. the Parties are not able promptly to determine mutually a solution because:
a. College is unable to reach Lender at ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s last address of record under this Agreement; or
b. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not consent to each protective measure that College recommends, yet is unwilling or unable to terminate this Agreement and retrieve the Exhibit.
