Common use of Right to Purchase Option Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Right to Purchase Option Aircraft. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Letter Agreement, Customer has the option to purchase thirty-five (35) additional Model 767-3S2F aircraft as option aircraft (Option Aircraft) and fifteen (15) additional Model 767-3S2F aircraft as Block D option aircraft (Block D Option Aircraft). Except as set forth herein, and in the Purchase Agreement, the Block D Option Aircraft are considered Option Aircraft.
