Right to Pursue Damages. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement (including Article 19) and subject to Section 18.6.2, the exercise of a termination right under this Agreement shall not preclude the terminating Party from claiming any damages as a result of the non-terminating Party’s material breach, compensation or other relief that it may be entitled to under this Agreement, at law or equity, upon such termination.
