Right to Pursue Other Projects. Wink is in the business of developing and modifying the Wink Engine for itself and for others. This Agreement shall not be construed as prohibiting Wink from granting rights to the Licensed Engine to third parties or Wink's further development, modification or distribution of the Wink Engine.
