Right to Recover Costs and Fees. The Executive and FGI undertake and agree that if either the Executive or FGI breach or threaten to breach Sections 16 or 18 of this Agreement (the "Breaching Party"), the Breaching Party shall be liable for any attorneys' fees and costs incurred by the non-Breaching Party in enforcing the non-Breaching Party's rights hereunder.
