Common use of RIGHT TO RECOVER PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO RECOVER PAYMENT. If You have a right to recover funds that We have paid under this Agreement against another party (such as a manufacturer’s warranty claim, parts warranty, insurer, other service contract, etc.), Your rights shall become Our rights. You agree to provide reasonable assistance to help Us to recover these funds. We shall recover only the excess after You are fully compensated for Your loss.
