Right to Redeem Class A Preferred Units. At any time after the third anniversary of the Class A Preferred Measuring Date, the Company shall have the right to redeem the Class A Preferred Units at a redemption price equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Preferred Contributed Amount in respect of such redeemed Class A Preferred Units and (ii) the Class A Preferred Return Amount in respect of such redeemed Class A Preferred Units. The Class A Preferred Units redeemed pursuant to this Section 3.5.3 shall be deemed cancelled.
