Right to Return A promoted employee shall have the right to return to his/her previous position provided that he/she notifies his/her Department Head and the Secretary of the Civil Service Board of his/her intention to do so within 60 calendar days of the date the employee commences work in the promoted position.
Right to Refuse Overtime All employees shall have the right to refuse to work overtime, except when required to do so in emergency situations, without being subject to disciplinary action for so refusing.
Right to Refuse Employees have the right to refuse to undergo drug and alcohol testing. If an employee refuses to undergo drug or alcohol testing requested or required by the Employer, no such test shall be given.

Right to Reject Investment In contrast, we have the right to reject your subscription for any reason or for no reason, in our sole discretion. If we reject your subscription, any money you have given us will be returned to you.
Right to Rent It is a condition of this tenancy that you and anyone living in the Property must have a ‘right to rent’ as set out in Section 22 of the Immigration Xxx 0000.
Right to Resell after withdrawal to sell the Property withdrawn at any time or times subject to such conditions and provisions whether identical with or differing wholly or in part from the conditions and provisions applicable to the Property to be auctioned at the present auction and in such manner as the Assignee/Bank may deem fit.
