Right to Refuse Transactions. 30.1 Except as otherwise required by law, if the Bank receives any process, summons, order, injunction, execution, levy, lien, information or notice which the Bank in good faith believes and which calls into question the Cardholder's ability, or the ability of someone purporting to be authorised by the Cardholder, to transact the Card, the Bank may, at its discretion, and without liability to the Cardholder or such other person, decline to allow the Cardholder to obtain or withdraw any portion of his credit limit, and take any other steps required to recover the outstandings (if any) from the Cardholder.
