Right to Remedies. In the event of an unauthorized disclosure to a third party, the limitations on remedies contained in Section 10.2 shall not apply, and in the event of a breach no Party will have an adequate remedy at law and accordingly shall, in addition to any other available legal or equitable remedies, be entitled to an injunction against such breach without any requirement to post a bond as a condition of such relief.
