Common use of Right to Remove Individuals Clause in Contracts

Right to Remove Individuals. The City shall have the right at any time to require that the Contractor remove for any or no reason at all from interaction with City any Contractor representative whom the City believes is detrimental to its working relationship with the Contractor. The City shall provide the Contractor with notice of its determination if reasonably possible. If the City signifies that a potential security violation or other immediate risk situation exists with respect to the request, the Contractor shall immediately remove such individual. The Contractor shall not assign the person to any aspect of the Contract or future work orders without the City’s consent.
