Common use of Right to Rent Clause in Contracts

Right to Rent. All adults named as the Tenant or who reside at the Property as an occupier, whether named in this Agreement or not, must provide a valid passport and visa or work permit to the Landlord or the Landlord's Agent prior to taking occupation of the Property either before or during the Term. If any person fails to comply, the Landlord may take any necessary legal action to have the person evicted from the Property.
