Right to Require Relocation Clause Samples

The Right to Require Relocation clause grants one party, typically a landlord or employer, the authority to mandate that another party, such as a tenant or employee, move from their current location to a different one specified by the authority. In practice, this may involve a landlord moving a tenant to another unit within the same building or an employer transferring an employee to a different office or branch. This clause is primarily used to provide flexibility for the party in control, allowing them to manage space or resources efficiently and address operational needs without breaching the agreement.
