Right to Revoke. Employee may revoke this Agreement by notice to Company, in writing, received within seven (7) days of the date of its execution by Employee (the “Revocation Period”). Employee agrees that Employee will not receive the benefits provided by this Agreement if Employee revokes this Agreement. Employee also acknowledges and agrees that if Company has not received from Employee notice of Employee’s revocation of this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Revocation Period, Employee will have forever waived Employee’s right to revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall thereafter be enforceable and have full force and effect.
Right to Revoke. The parties acknowledge and agree that Employee may revoke this Release for up to seven (7) calendar days following Employee’s execution of this Release and that it shall not become effective or enforceable until the revocation period has expired. The parties further acknowledge and agree that such revocation must be in writing addressed to Xxxxxx X. XxXxxxxxx, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Callaway Golf Company, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Carlsbad, California 92008, and received no later than midnight on the seventh day following the execution of this Release by Employee. If Employee revokes this Release under this section, it shall not be effective or enforceable, and Employee will not receive the consideration described in Section 1 above.
Right to Revoke. You understand that if you sign this Release, you can change your mind and revoke it within seven days after signing it by returning it with written revocation notice to the Company in the manner described in the notice provision of your Agreement. You understand that the release and waiver set forth above will not be effective until after this seven-day period has expired.
Right to Revoke. The Executive understands that the Executive has the right to revoke this Release within seven (7) days after signing it. This Release shall not become effective until the eighth day following the date on which the Executive has signed it without having revoked it (the “Effective Date”). If the Executive chooses to revoke this Release, the Executive must deliver written notice of revocation to the Company in accordance with Section 8 of the Employment Agreement. Any such notice of revocation must be delivered to the Company in a manner calculated to ensure receipt prior to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the day prior to the Effective Date. The Executive understands that if the Executive revokes this Release, the Executive will not be entitled to any of the benefits provided hereunder.
Right to Revoke. ONCE SIGNED BY EXECUTIVE, THIS AGREEMENT IS REVOCABLE IN WRITING FOR A PERIOD OF SEVEN (7) DAYS (THE “REVOCATION PERIOD”). IN ORDER TO REVOKE EXECUTIVE’S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTIVE MUST DELIVER WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE COMPANY CARE OF XXXXXXX X. XXXXXX, AND SUCH WRITTEN NOTICE MUST ACTUALLY BE RECEIVED WITH THE SEVEN (7) DAY REVOCATION PERIOD.
Right to Revoke. I can revoke this authorization at any time by written notice of my decision to 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx XX, XXX 000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. If I withdraw this authorization, the University of Minnesota may not afterwards disclose my information for the purpose listed above. However, I cannot retroactively revoke authorization if disclosure has already occurred.
Right to Revoke. AFTER SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY REVOKE IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU EXECUTED, SUCH REVOCATION TO BE IN WRITING SENT VIA CERTIFIED MAIL, POST MARKED BY THE 7TH DAY AND ADDRESSED TO [INSERT NAME] AT MAPINFO CORPORATION, XXX XXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXX XXXX 00000.
Right to Revoke. Executive is aware that he/she may change her mind and freely revoke this Release, only insofar as it applies to any claim he/she may have under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), at any time during the seven (7) days after it is signed, in which case, the provisions of the Release as to the ADEA, only, will have no force or effect. Executive understands and agrees that, upon his/her execution of this Agreement, the payment of the severance sum specified herein will be held by Employer until the expiration of this seven (7) day revocation period, after which the payment will be tendered to Executive if he/she has not exercised her revocation rights under this paragraph. Executive understands and agrees that any revocation under this section must be in writing and delivered to counsel for Employer, at the address, which follows, postmarked within seven (7) days of Executive’s signing of this Agreement to be effective: Jolie Kxxx, Esq., 1000 Xxxx X Xxxxxxx Blvd., Suite 1400, Philadelphia, PA 19103. If the last day of the revocation period is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, then the revocation period shall not expire until the next following day which is not a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. The parties acknowledge and agree that any revocation by Executive under this paragraph shall apply only to any claims Executive may have or assert under the ADEA, and is not effective to revoke Executive’s waiver and release of any other claims pursuant to this Release.
Right to Revoke. If you do not receive this Disclosure Statement at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the establishment of this Account, you may revoke this Account by mailing or delivering a request for revocation, in a form and manner acceptable to the Custodian, within seven (7) calendar days after the acceptance of the Application by or on behalf of the Custodian. Right to Revoke. In the event of the Purchaser being a natural person who has not reserved the right to appoint a nominee and where the property herein purchased is a residential property at a price of R250,000.00 or less, the attention of the Purchaser is drawn to the Purchaser's rights in terms of Section 29A of the Alienation of Land Act 68 of 1981 (as amended) to revoke this offer or terminate any sale agreement concluded as a result of this offer by written notice delivered to the Seller or the Seller's agent within a period of 5 (five) days calculated from and including the day after signature hereof by the Purchaser but excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
