Common use of Right to Revoke Clause in Contracts

Right to Revoke. Executive may revoke and cancel this Agreement and the release of claims at any time within seven (7) days after signing this Agreement by delivering written notice of revocation to Cxxxx Xxxxx at 5000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, 00000. This Agreement is not effective until Executive has signed it and the revocation period has expired without revocation (“Effective Date”). If Executive does so revoke, this Agreement shall be null and void.
