Right to Seek Urgent Relief Immediately. The Parties’ agreement to negotiate and the requirement to provide a Dispute Notice each as described in Section 8.1 shall not prevent either Party from commencing arbitration (according to the procedures set forth in Section 8.3) or court proceedings (for the purposes specified in Section 8.3(e)) in order to seek injunctive or other urgent relief, including but not limited to, conservatory measures to maintain the status quo or prevent dissipation of assets or injury to property.
