Common use of Right to Sell Clause in Contracts

Right to Sell. The Consignor hereby grants to the Consignee the exclusive right to display and sell the Consigned Items according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Right to Sell. The Consignor Consigner hereby grants to the Consignee the exclusive right to display and sell the Consigned Items according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Right to Sell. The Consignor hereby grants to the Consignee the exclusive right to display and sell the Consigned Items Litter according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Right to Sell. The Consignor hereby grants to the Consignee the exclusive right rights to display and sell the Consigned Items according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Right to Sell. The Consignor Consignee hereby grants to the Consignee Consignor the exclusive right to display and sell the items (the “Consigned Items Items”) as outlined in “Schedule 1” according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Consignor hereby represents and warrants that the Consignee holds full title to the Consigned Items or has received, in writing, the authorisation to sell the Consigned Items by any necessary parties.

Right to Sell. The Consignor hereby grants to the Consignee the exclusive right to display the Consigned Items on ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ and sell the Consigned Items according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Consignor further agree that it is the sole discretion of the Consignee to determine which auction to be used and how items will be bundled.
