Common use of Right to Serve Warning Notice Clause in Contracts

Right to Serve Warning Notice. If ESCo Termination Grounds occur then ESCo may, in its discretion at any time within three months of the relevant occurrence of ESCo Termination Grounds, give written Notice (an "ESCo Warning Notice") to the Developer of its right to terminate this Agreement.
