Lessee shall be entitled to have a representative accompany Lessor at the appointed time of entry; provided that such does not unreasonably interfere with or prevent Lessor from taking the aforementioned actions.

When showing the Premises to prospective purchasers, mortgagees or tenants, Lessor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises
