Common use of RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES Clause in Contracts

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Landlord and Landlord's Agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times to show them to prospective purchasers or mortgagees and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), to show the Premises then to prospective tenants.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. The Landlord and Landlord's Agents its agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times during Normal Business Hours to show them to prospective purchasers purchasers, or mortgagees Mortgagees or prospective Mortgagees, and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), to show the Premises then to prospective tenants.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. The Landlord and Landlord's Agents its agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to show them to prospective purchasers purchasers, lenders, or mortgagees anyone else having a prospective interest in the Building, and, during the last six {(6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), ) to show the Premises then them to prospective tenants.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. The Landlord and Landlord's Agents its agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times on reasonable prior notice to show them the Premises to prospective purchasers or mortgagees Mortgagees and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease lease is renewed), to show the Premises then them to prospective tenants. The Tenant may provide a representative to accompany the Landlord when showing the Premises as aforesaid.

RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Landlord and Landlord's Agents its agents have the right to enter the Premises at all reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to show them to prospective purchasers purchasers, lenders, or mortgagees anyone having a prospective interest in the Building, and, during the last six {6) months of the Term (or the last six (6) months of any renewal term if this Lease is renewed), to show the Premises then them to prospective tenants. Landlord shall exercise its rights under this section, to the extent possible in the circumstances, in such manner so as to minimize interference with Xxxxxx's use and enjoyment of the Premises.
