RIGHT TO SHOW PREMISES. Tenant hereby agrees that for a period commencing one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, Landlord may show the Leased Premises to prospective tenants, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice to Tenant, and one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the termination of this Lease, may display on the exterior of the Leased Premises, rent or sale signs advertising the availability of the Premises.
